VITEEE 2014 Counselling Procedure has been announced  from May 19, 2014 onwards. The First Phase of VITEEE 2014 Counselling will be held from May 19 to May 22, 2014 And the Second Phase of the Counselling will be held from May 23 to May 25, 2014.The VIT University has released the dates as per the rank for the students in accordance with the VITEEE 2014 Merit List for the first phase. Students must attend the VITEEE 2014 Counselling as per the specified schedule. VITEEE 2014 Counselling Procedure has been announced  from May 19, 2014 onwards. VITEEE 2014 Counselling Procedure:

The VITEEE 2014 Counselling will be held from May 19 to 22 for the First Phase and From May 23 to 25, 2014 for the Second Phase. Check the schedule below.

1. The VITEEE 2014 Counselling Procedure will be online and multicity.
2. Candidate must attend the VITEEE 2014 Counselling in person.
3. Shortlisted Candidates can opt for counselling in either Vellore or Chennai and must submit their choice of the VITEEE 2014 Counselling centre before May 10, 2014.
4. Candidates must register on the specified date as per their VITEEE 2014 Ranks for the VITEEE 2014 Counseling. Registrations will be from 7.30 am to 9 am tentatively.
5. VITEEE 2014 Counselling will be on the basis of the VITEEE-2014 All India Ranks (AIR)
6. Candidates must get the requisite documents verified before VITEEE 2014 counselling starts.
7. Candidates can view the details of the various branches , total number of seats per branch at the VITEEE 2014 Counselling Centre.
8. The VITEEE 2014 Seat Allotment preferred by the students will be on the basis of the availability of the chosen branch and campus
9. The available seats after each round of VITEEE 2014 Counselling will be displayed on the website and the notice board

Documents required during the VITEEE 2014 Counselling:

Candidates must furnish the original certificates as well as one set of photocopies

1. Four Recent Passport size colour photos
2. Class XII Hall Ticket copy
3. Class XII or Equivalent Exam Marks Sheet
4. Class X Certificate for  proof of date of birth
5. VITEEE-2014 e-admit Card
6. Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate / School Leaving Certificate.
7. Nativity Certificate  for candidates hailing from Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states 
8. SC/ST Community Certificate as specified
9. Student Profile filled by the student
10. Affidavit by the student & parent

VITEEE 2014 Application Forms from Dec.'13 first week

The Application Forms for Engineering Entrance Examination of Vellore Institute of Technology (VITEEE) for the academic year 2014-15 will be available, both online and offline, from first week of December 2013.

Applications are invited for B.Tech programmes in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Computers, Information, Technology, Biomedical, Biotechnology and Chemical for both the campuses - Vellore and Chennai.

Candidates aspiring to join VIT should appear for the Computer Based Test scheduled from April 9 to April 20, 2014.

Registrations for the entrance test will begin from the first week of December 2013. Interested candidates should check the official VIT Website to complete the registration process for the entrance test.

Students can complete the registration using both Online and Offline Procedure. For Online procedure, payment can be completed via Internet Banking facility through Net banking/Debit card/Credit card.

The Entrance Test is a computer based test scheduled from April 9 to April 20, 2014. The tentative result date is around the first week of May 2014.
